House with spectacular sea views, close to beach and La Cala de Mijas
A lovely 2 bedroom townhouse situated within walking distance to the beach and with spectacular sea views. This self-catering property has its own private patio garden with direct access to the communal pool and landscaped gardens. The popular village of La Cala is a 10 minute walk away and there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket just five minutes from the house. The golf course of Miraflores is close by and the property is just 25minutes from Malaga Airport. An ideal quiet, family location, but within easy walking distance of all facilities.

Complex
The small complex of townhouses has a beautiful communal pool, which overlooks the sea and is set in mature, landscaped gardens, which even has the ancient Torrenueva Tower rising majestically and looking out to the sea. 
Torrenueva and La Cala de Mijas
Torrenueva is a residential area, situated close to the lovely original fishing village of La Cala. The location is ideal for those who would like a quiet location, which is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. During the summer months, La Cala hosts various events on the beach, including flamenco shows, pop concerts and typical Spanish music shows. The wide , sandy beach has been awarded a Blue Flag and has various ‘chiringuitos’, beach restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or meal by the sea.
Sleeping:
The house has a master bedroom with king-sized bed, where an additional fold away bed can be included for an additional child. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms are fully air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Please bring your own beach towels.
General:
The house has air con. in the lounge and both bedrooms.
Entertainment:
The house has SKY television.
Eating & living:
There is room for 5 in the living room, which has two leather sofas and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and coffee machine. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking property. You may smoke in the garden.

General:
The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool directly from the garden, which is south /west facing. On the patio there is an outside kitchen area, with sink and patio furniture, comprising 4 chairs, a table and large parasol. The house has panoramic views to the sea. If you are driving there is private parking for the residents of the complex.
On site:
The property is right beside the swimming pool. Horse riding, diving, golf, sailing, surfing, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing are all close by. There is a bar next to the complex and within 5 minutes walking a supermarket, various restaurants, Chinese, Indian and Italian. The local market is about 15minute’s walk away.
Less then 15 minutes drive away:
Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, a zoo, shopping areas, a theme park, a restaurant, a food shop.
Less then 45 minutes drive away:
Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a museum, a theatre/cinema. Large shopping complex, train station
Extra information:
Benalmadena sea life centre and port.  Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli World Fun Park
Malaga City and the Picasso Museum
